For its 4th year in 2023, the focus was on the impact of artificial intelligence on the job market, investing in mental health in the workplace, fostering balanced flexibility for employees, up-skilling initiatives, and building a more sustainable and diverse workforce. In recent years, the event had been limited due to the pandemic and my client wanted this event to be more interactive and fun with an emphasis on collaboration.

Communication played a pivotal role, involving close collaboration with my client's many stakeholders as the details were very fluid and changing in the weeks leading up to the event as there were several organizations involved. The event, along with the project, was a resounding success!
